Go to the Ooma Enterprise Admin Portal

Choose the seat type you would like to build from the list

Type the users First Name

Enter the users voicemail PIN and confirm it

Enter the users voicemail PIN and confirm it

Click on Save to create the user!

Once saved, this will automatically create the device, voicemail and call flow that will be associated to the user with the extension you entered.
