5. Click on Performance Goal
Performance Goals are the only goals that will show on your review

6. Type "in the title of your goal

This would be detailed information about the goal

This date would be 7/1/23. The goal will not pull into the review if date is not correct

9. Click Due date
This date would be 6/30/24. The goal will not pull into the review if date is not correct

10. Choose a Unit Type
If no, unit type choose N/A

12. Click on Save Goal
