Head to the Admin page for your Google Workspace account.

You must have Admin permissions to access this area of Google.

Navigate to the Apps section on the sidebar bar.

On the "Routing" screen, navigate to the "Third-party email archiving" section and click on "ADD ANOTHER RULE."

In the Add Setting window complete these three steps.

  1. Third-party email archiving: Enter "Email Vault."

  2. Send journal messages to this email address: Paste your unique journal address copied from Email Vault and paste it here.

  3. Click "Save"
