ADMIN: Existing Event Config Changes

The following documentation covers updating existing events, below are the steps for each tutorial:

Steps 2-6: Increase capacity for an event instance

HOW TO INCREASE CAPACITY:

Navigate to Acme: Events List

Click on View for the event line that needs to be increased

Enter the new capacity (updated capacity must be greater than the total number of current tickets sold)

To update a single event instance's start or end time with orders and without sending a mass email, start by clicking on View on the event line

*Note: This work process requires Call Center support.

Once the Call Center has returned/rebooked the remaining orders, you can update the event time. Click on View on the event line.

Note: Ensure Call Center knows to update you when they are done with returning orders as this is their responsibility.

Change the start time, ensuring the correct AM or PM is selected

Note: If you are in a different time zone when editing anything on the event, the event time will be changed to the timezone you are in once you hit "Update". Make sure your computer is using Pacific Standard Time.

Note: By having the orders remain in the event for this update an automatic email will be sent to all buyers
