1. Click on Add a trigger: when this happens in the selected app
2. Type "Google Sheet"
3. Click on Google Sheets
4. Click on Select an event
5. Click on New row created…
6. Click on Choose Google Sheets connection to Albato
7. Select your connection
8. Click on Albato with Alttext.ai - Integration
9. Click on Select
10. Click on Sheet1
11. Click on Add a trigger
12. Click on Save
13. Click on Add an action: do this in the selected app
14. Type "alt"
15. Click on AltText.ai
16. Click on Select an action
17. Click on Generate Alt Text…
18. Click on Add an action
19. Click on Enter text and/or choose a value from the previous steps…
20. Click on Google Sheets: New row created…
21. Click on Column IMAGES
22. Click on Save
23. Click add button
24. Click on Action
25. Type "Google Sheets"
26. Click on Google Sheets
27. Click on Select an action
28. Click on Create/update a row…
29. Click on Choose Google Sheets connection to Albato
30. Select your connection
31. Click on Select
32. Click on Albato with Alttext.ai - Integration
33. Click on Select
34. Click on Sheet1
35. Click on Add an action
36. Click on Enter text and/or choose a value from the previous steps…
37. Click on Google Sheets: New row created…
38. Click on Column IMAGES
39. Click on …
40. Click on Generated alternative text
41. Click on AltText.ai: Generate Alt Text…
42. Click on Save
43. Click on Do not check for duplicates, always create a record
44. Click on Update an existing record if a duplicate is found, otherwise create a record
45. Check Column IMAGES and Column ALT TEXTS
46. Click on Save
47. Click on Start
48. Click on close
49. Go to your image and copy the image link

Google Docs

50. Click on Albato with Alttext.ai - Integration…
51. Paste your "Image URL" into element
52. Wait sometime and your alt text will be generated automatically
