Once a sub bids on the job, you'll receive an email notification

Clicking on the button in the email will bring you to the bids on your RFQ
You can also access this in the Subcontractor menu option on the left-hand sidebar in Builder Prime. RFQs are at the bottom.

Any notes from the subcontractor back to you will be here.

Before accepting a bid, add any terms and conditions needed

Click on Accept Bid & Create Purchase Order

The RFQ will update automatically and send out emails to the lost/not accepted bids.
