DWC RC's: Moving Candidate Submissions to the Interviewing Stage & Creating an Appointment

Click on Submission

On the Job in Bullhorn, click the "Submission" workflow icon

Click on Submission

Select the Candidate who is Interviewing

  • Select the Candidate who you would like to move in the job funnel to Interview and then click "Move"

    • In the upper right corner are 2 selections "All" & "Current"

      • All = shows all Candidates in every step of the funnel that they have been in

      • Current = shows Candidates in the step in the funnel where they are currently

    • If the client uses the Thumbs up feature from 3DIQ then this step happens automatically and the Candidate is moved to Interviewing without you having to do anything

Select the Candidate who is Interviewing

Click on Interviewing

  • Move the selected Candidate to "Interviewing"

Click on Interviewing

Click on MOVE

  • Click "Move" to save

    • By default "Would you like to schedule appointments now?" is defaulted to Yes

Click on MOVE

Add an Appointment

  • The Appointment screen will automatically pull up after completing the step above

    • RC's - create your appointment as you normally would and send the Candidate the meeting invite and include whoever else is appropriate

      • Create a Template that includes the Zoom Meeting link and your text as a best practice
