7. Setup Enrichment

Navigate to TitanX Settings/Home Page

1. 1. Click on Settings

   

2. 2. Click on Connected Apps

   

3. 3. Find and Click on TitanX App

Update Data Mapping

1. 1. 5. A. Navigate to the Settings page in the TitanX app

   2. 5. B. Click on Configure Mapping

   

2. 6. To be able to enrich a contact, you need to map at least one identifier. Mapping additional fields increase the likelihood of a successful enrichment job.

Create TitanX Enrichment Card on Contact Layout

1. 9. Click on Settings

   

2. 10. Click on Objects

   

3. 11. Click on Record Customization

   

4. 12. Click on the View you have set up that contains the TitanX Custom Card. You may only have one option here.

   

5. 13. Click on Add card

   

6. 14. Click on Create card

   

7. 1. 15. A. Click on Card title…

   2. 15. B. Type Card title

   

8. 1. 16. A. Optional Step: Turn on User permission

   2. 16. B. Click on Add properties…

   3. 16. C. Type TitanX Enriched

   4. 16. D. Select as many Phone and Signal Fields. There are 5 for each.

   

9. 17. Now Type TitanX Last and select TitanX Last Enriched Date

   

10. 18. Verify the preview section

    

11. 19. Click on Save

    

12. 20. Click on Close

    

13. 21. Click on Save and exit
