Delegated Access

This knowledge base article shows how to use delegated access via the web portal. If you're using Outlook, it should add the mailbox(es) directly to Outlook, but this is an easier method for focusing directly on the end user inbox.

Start by going to portal.office.com (the Office365 web portal that a lot of these directions use).

It will open a new tab where you'll be able to act as this other user to send emails and/or read anything from their inbox and email folders.
