Importing Concepts from OCL to an OpenMRS Instance

Navigate to the "Version and Expansions" section and click on the newly created Version.

Select Export action.

Click on Export Version.

Wait until you see the message "Downloaded Export".

open a Pull request to add the zipped file using your GitHub account.

You should be able to see the zipped file attached (for example, openmrs_DRCHIV2024_v19_autoexpand-19.2025-01-24_225725.zip).

Add a commit name (e.g., "Added transfer details concepts.")

Add an optional extended description e.g, ("Added patient transfer details metadata."

Select "Create a new branch for this commit and start a pull request".

Name the branch something descriptive such as "/update-hiv-metadata".

Click on Propose changes

Click on Create pull request.

Click on Code to locate the main branch.

Switch from "Main" to the branch you created e.g., "update-hiv-metadata"

Confirm you have the newly added zipped file and then proceed to delete the older zipped file (openmrs_DRCHIV2024_v18_autoexpand-18.2024-10-19_015249.zip).

Click on More file actions.

Note that you are committing the changes to your branch and not to the MAIN branch.

This change will be committed directly to the branch you created (update-hiv-metadata).
