How to raise a Quotation(s)

This module enables you to write quotations and Proforma Fee Notes for your clients

Log into the system

Go to Fee Notes & Quotations Module

Go to Fee Notes & Quotations Module

Click on Fee Notes, Quotations link

Click on Fee Notes, Quotations link

Click on Quotations / Proforma Fee Notes option

Click on Quotations / Proforma Fee Notes option

A list with all the quotations and proforma fee notes will pop up

This also has advance search option to perform a quick search, export to excel and print.

To raise a new Quotation, click on New Quotation button at the top left of the page

Fill in all the the details in the provided fields accordingly as per the below example

i.e. date, document type, number, select the Approver, item etc

Once done click on the Save Quotation button to submit
