Fixing Adobe e-Sign permissions

Adobe seems to sometimes lose the ability for an end user to send eSignature requests. This is how to fix it. Alternatively, you can use this exact process from any computer regardless of whether Acrobat is installed - to send eSignature requests from a home computer, as one example.

Go to adobe.com and sign in.

Once you do all of the above, it should work properly in the installed Acrobat app on your computer (because Adobe will have properly assigned the permissions to you during the above process).

After you've signed in, click on the tic-tac-toe menu button...

and select Adobe Acrobat. One it loads up, select eSign.

Then select Fill and Sign.

It should give you a chance to upload a file (choose the file you're trying to send)

Once it loads the file, you can invite people to sign as normal...
