Type "Annual Maintenance on Alarm System" for Alarm Maintenance and put "PP" after the Recurring Job Name.

Click on Cost Centre

Choose Maintenance as a Cost Centre

Copy the Recurring Job Name

And paste in Order No. Always make sure there is the word "PP" after the Job Name

Click on the Description and add the wordings for the Maintenance Job. You can check the wording file at the Shared Drive.

Click on Notes and add the Alarm details of the client. It should have Control Room, Acct. #, Alarm System Type, GPRS Unit and GPRS Serial#. You can check this details in the Custom tab in SimPro.

Go to "Recurring Start Date"

Maintenance Job date should be at 1st day in a month

Click on "Next Recurring Date," then select the subsequent year from the recurring start date if the maintenance is scheduled annually.
