After you log in, hover over communications and go to text messaging

Select the number/name on the left side

Click on Blacklist

Click on Domain Wide or My DID Only
Domain Wide - will block the number agency wide.
My DID Only - only will block the number from your direct dial number (in the upper left)

Click on Confirm Blocking

Once they have been blocked, the conversation will be removed from the left.

Click on Settings
***Only the Admin will have the ability to access the numbers that have been blocked***

Click on Agency Setup

Click on Choose Setup Action drop down

Click on Text Compliance Tools

This will display all numbers that have been blocked via text message blocking

If you wish to edit the number, click on the pencil icon under the action column

If you wish to cancel the block, select the following icon.
