1. 1. Go to (1) Facebook

2. 2. Click on Account

   

3. 3. Click on Settings & privacy

   

4. 4. Click on Settings

   

5. 5. Click on Privacy

   

6. 6. Click on Your Facebook Information

   

7. 7. Click on Download Profile Information -> View

   

8. 8. Click on Date Range, Select All Time

   

9. 9. Click on Deselect All

   

10. 10. Scroll down (pretty far down), check Friends and followers

    

11. 11. Click on Request a download (at the bottom)

    

12. 12. When you get the notification that your download is ready, download it and open the file facebook-[PROFILE]/friends_and_followers/friends.html

13. 13. Select All on the page (command + a), and copy (command+v)

    You are copying all the text on this page

    

14. 14. Paste into a spreadsheet

    

15. 15. Add a filter to the first column

    

16. 16. Filter by color

    Filtering to make it easy to delete out all the dates and things you don't need

    

17. 17. You should now have a clean list of all your facebook contacts
