Editing The Maintenance Proposal General Tasking Lists

The Proposal Section of a Maintenance Proposal contains a Tasking Summary that pre-populates Task Lists for the Assets that were added in your Asset Inventory. You can create and edit these lists.

Click on the System Settings Gear Icon to navigate to the Settings page

Under the Maintenance Mgmt Menu, click on "Setup Equipment Template"

Find the Asset Template that needs to be adjusted, and click on "Edit" under "Proposal General Tasking List"
