Add Payment Terms for the Dispatcher

Loadops

1. 1. Go to Loadops by Optym

2. 2. Click on SETTINGS

   

3. 3. Select Users from the list

   

4. 4. Click on Web Users section

   

5. 5. Select the user which you would like to add the payment terms

   

6. 6. Click on Payment Terms

   

7. 7. Click on Payment Per Trip Plus sign

   

8. 8. Enter the Expense category as Dispatcher payment and select the Pay Type

   

9. 9. You can either select the Flat rate or revenue share as the payment terms

   

10. 10. As of now we have selected as a Flat rate for the pay type, enter the amount as highlighted

    

11. 11. Click on Add
