To view File Movement and Tracking Report

This is a report which shows all the file requests and dispatches, users who made the requests  and the person the files are dispatched to.

7 Steps

Log into the system

Log into the system

Go to File Management module

Go to File Management module

Click on File Movement & Tracking sub module link

Click on File Movement & Tracking sub module link

Click on File Movement & Tracking Report option

Click on File Movement & Tracking Report option

Fill in all the details in the pop out File Movement & Tracking form accordingly

I.e. Report type(file requests or Dispatches), requested from/ dispatched to depending on the report type selected and the date. Once done click on the View Report button to access the report
