Type in the name of the ticket type you are creating. You can type in a description (age range, price, programs this ticket will be used for, etc.) but it is optional.
Please see the Business Rules document for naming conventions.
For admission types, Individual is for any ticket that denotes a ticket for one person, Combo is for groups of ticket types (i.e. Family pass with 2 Adult, 2 Children) and Membership is for membership (not member ticket) purchases. Most tickets will fall under Individual.
The status of a new ticket category should always be Live. Deactivating means it will not be available to add to price lists. If you deactivate a ticket category after it has already been added to a price list, you will have to go into each price list where it exists and remove it manually.

Once all ticket types have been added, you can decide which tickets will be available through which sales channels. Always keep Customer Rep. checked as that will allow ACME Support to troubleshoot any issues with this price list.
Please see here for more information on sales channels and which should be selected for your new price list.

Well done!
