Affiliates | BG_059

Infigo contains the concept of affiliates. Named persons can be input into the system and are generated their own affiliate code. When someone uses this code to access the site and eventually places an order on the Storefront, the order is registered to that affiliate's account.

This data can then be used to see how many orders have been provided by a particular affiliate, with the Storefront owner able to manually reward them as applicable.

1. Navigate to Affiliates

If you cannot access this area of Infigo, we may need to grant you access. Please contact our Customer Support team who will enable this for you.

2. Click on Add new to create a new affiliate account

3. You can always control if particular affiliate accounts are active or not using the provided checkbox

If inactive, the affiliate cannot have customers or orders associated with them.

4. Complete the affiliate's details

5. Click on Save and Continue Edit

6. The affiliate's account will now be created.

All records of customers or orders associated with this affiliate can be found from within this area.

7. Click on Edit

8. The affiliate's generated URL will be displayed

The affiliate can share this URL. Customers must use this URL if the eventual orders are to be associated with the affiliate.

Please note, at the time of content creation, it is not possible to customise the affiliate URL.

9. Click on Affiliated customers

10. This section will detail any customers that have interacted with the affiliate's URL

11. Click on Affiliated orders

12. This will detail any orders that have been placed when the affiliates URL has been utilised
