Go to https://app.vivahr.com/jobs

Click on Jobs

Click on  Jobs

Select the job

Click on Edit Job

Go to the Settings section

Team members who are toggled to the right (blue) will have access to the job

Team members who are toggled to the left (grey) will not have access to the job

Team members who are toggled to the left (grey) will not have access to the job

If you need to add a new team member, click Add a Team Member

Add the team member's First Name, Last Name and Email Address

If you would like the team member to receive an email with the password, select Email to user

Choose the profile type you would like the team member to have (if using custom user roles)
