How to Delete a Confirmed Job

Spiro will only allow you to delete a Job that has the status of "New Order". When a job is "Confirmed" you will have to quickly reschedule the job and then can delete an order.

Login to Spiro

8 Steps

Click on Orders and Find the Order you want to Delete

Edit the Order - click the Pencil icon

Click on Orders and Find the Order you want to Delete

Click on Reschedule

Click on Reschedule

Select 3. Force change the current status to pending and schedule it again later.…

Click on Save

Now the status is "New Order". You will now see a Delete Button
