Managing Associations for Invoices to a specific Head Contract Claim

From the Invoice Automation menu:

Click Invoices

Search for the invoice you want, e.g. by Project.

Scroll down and click Edit association to access the Associate Invoice with Head Contract Claim dialog.

Select the claim to associate this invoice with by selecting the claim date.

Conversely, if you do not want this invoice to be associated with a claim, you can clear the claim date and click Do not associate. This will show on the Invoice front screen.

Click Ok to save your changes.

This invoice has been flagged as Do not associate. You can change this if you wish. Click on Edit association again.

Select the claim date and Click Apply to lines so all invoice lines for this invoice are associated with this claim. Alternatively, you can associate individual lines to separate claims as required.
