How to Add a Workflow

This module enables you to plan on a particular activity that you are planning to work on for a particular time frame, also add different activities that will take place within that duration.

Log into the system

Go to File Management module

Click on Others sub module link

Click on File Workflow Management option

A list of all workflows will pop out

To a Add Workflow, click on the Add Workflow button at the top left of the page

Fill in all the details in the New Workflow pop out form

I.e. Date, workflow name, duration and comments as shown in the example below

Once done, click on the Save Workflow to submit the details
