Moxo Invitation

The invitation email will be labeled, "Crayon Advisory - Megan Justice has invited you to join."

You'll need to set a password on account creation. It needs to be secure, something you can remember without writing down, and follow all of the rules listed. These will turn green as you follow them and will be red until you don't. Jerry's password, which does conform to the necessary restrictions (see all the green checks), has been blurred for security, even though Jerry is a fictional character.

You'll notice you can't change your email address. Your email address will be the same one you used in your Auxiliary Software Consent.

You'll need to read and agree to Moxo's Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.

Click on Create your account (big purple button) and you'll be in!

After logging in for the first time, you'll receive a welcome email confirming your account was successfully created. This is a good example of email notifications you'll receive from Moxo when there are updates in your portal, including additional/new requests, updates from others when they submit information/questions, as well as details and conversations being held inside of Moxo.

With a little bit of luck, I'm able to add your Welcome to Moxo Flow before you create your account. I am doing these in rather large batches though so there may be a bit of a delay between when you're invited and when you have your initial flows added.
