Go to app.bullhornstaffing.com

Recruiter: Navigate to the Candidate Record that you want to MPC

Click the 3DIQ tab

Feedback questions & candidate profile template (if required)

*These are set to standard by Default, only change this if desired - otherwise, just leave this section "as-is"

6 Steps

Recruiter: Click on "Create Profile"

Note: If a profile has previously been created then it will give you the option to "Refresh Profile"

Recruiter: Click on the Resume that you want to use to Submit the Candidate

*Note: Remember to select the Scrubbed (Name and Contact info removed) resume that you want to use from the Candidate record in Bullhorn. If a scrubbed resume does not exist, follow these steps to create a new Resume in Bullhorn

Recruiter: Open Default to enter Internal and/or Recruiter Notes

Remember to click Save in each section after you add Notes

Sales: Click on Send to Contacts

Sales person navigates to the Candidate record in Bullhorn, clicks 3DIQ and clicks "Send to Contacts"

Sales: Select the way you want to send the MPC

There are 3 ways to send the MPC:

Directly to a Bullhorn Contact (screenshot below)
To an entire Tearsheet you have created (screenshot below)
You can also click "Copy Profile URL" and send in a traditional email as a link if you wish.

Sales: Select the way you want to send the MPC

Sales: Click "Email Profile" if you are sending directly to 1 person

*When you click "Email Profile" the email automatically sends from Bullhorn with a predefined template set at the organization level (see below)
