Click on "Notify" on top right

Click on "External comm."

Compose your email
User can select from templates, add attachments from the app or from desktop

Click on "Select a template" to choose from your email templates

Select email template
Templates can be added as per user requirement

Click on "Attach docs (from the app)" to add docs from the software

Select the documents and click "Attach"

Click on "Attach files (from desktop)" to add files from your system

Select file, add a name and click "Attach"

There are alternative ways for sending external emails - Go to the "Logistics" menu and click on "Trucks/Containers"

Select the container(s) or truck(s) concerned

Click on "Send an email option" on the right

Alternatively, you can go to "Shipments" in "Logistics" menu

Select the shipment(s) concerned

Click on "Send an email" option on the right

Hit "Send"
