Uploading the Department Summary Letter

The steps below will show you how to upload the Department Summary Letter to Interfolio.

Click on the candidate's name

Click on Add next to Department Summary Letter

Select a file from upload menu

Select Department Chair Documents

Important: Under Section, choose "Department Chair Documents." This will ensure that the document is stored in the correct section of the case.

This is an admittedly annoying aspect of the workflow. It would be nice if this drop-down could default to the correct section, but there's currently no way to do this in Interfolio. We are hoping that a future version of the software will incorporate this feature.
