Assigning user roles

Why are roles important?

Different users have different capabilities. You don't want to provide all users with admin permissions. To help with this, Inovus has developed a complete roles based access system. This allows admin users to select individual roles for specific users.

Note: The roles you have access to assign will depend on your own personal role.

  1. 1. Go to Groups - Totum

  2. 2. Click on plus-circle

  3. 3. Select roles

  4. 4. Select the role you would like to assign to the user

  5. 5. You should see the Role assigned notification.
