The Savvy Dashboard is your go-to place for a comprehensive overview of your financial activities. It empowers you to stay on top of your receivables, payables, sales, expenses, and cash flow, all in one convenient location. With this real-time data at your fingertips, you can make informed financial decisions, optimize your business operations, and achieve financial success.

Total Amount of Unpaid Invoices (Receivables):

In the upper-left corner, you'll find the total outstanding amount from unpaid invoices, giving you a quick overview of the money owed to your business.

Unpaid Bills (Payables):

Right beside the Receivables, you'll see the total amount of unpaid bills. This figure represents your current outstanding obligations to vendors and suppliers.

Total Number of Orders for Last 30 Days:

In the top Right, we provide you with the total number of orders received in the last 30 days. This helps you understand your recent sales activity.

Cash Flow Graph:

Beneath the order count, there's a graphical representation of your cash flow. This chart shows how your cash balance has fluctuated over time, helping you track the flow of money in and out of your business.

Available Cash on the 1st of the Month, Incoming and Outgoing, & Cash Today:

On the right side of the cash flow graph, you'll see the amount of cash available in your business at the beginning of the current month.
The dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of the cash that has come into your business and the cash that has gone out as well as the cash on hand. This allows you to stay on top of daily transactions.

Sales Progress Graph

ust below the cash details, you'll find a graph illustrating your sales progress over time. This visual representation helps you understand how your revenue is trending.

Click on INCOME VS EXPENSES…

Next to the sales progress, we offer a graph comparing your income and expenses. This valuable chart shows you the balance between money earned and money spent.

Top Expenses:

In the lower-left corner, you can quickly identify your top expenses. This information allows you to pinpoint where your money is going, helping you manage costs effectively.

Accounts with Current Balances:

On the lower-right side of the dashboard, you'll find a list of your accounts along with their current balances, ensuring you're always informed about your financial status.
