You will receive an email from Student.Affairs@lehman.cuny.edu to claim your tickets
Enter your Lehman account credentials
Will be directed to the Marching Order website where you can enter a Graduation message and claim your guest tickets
Click on Claim your Guest Tickets & Submit Picture and Message

You will see a full description of the event and details.
Click on Do you plan to attend the Commencement Event? …
Answer the question to note if you are planning to attend the commencement Event.
Submit a Picture and Graduation Message
You can submit a picture and message to be displayed to campus and guests before and during the ceremony

Claiming your Guest tickets
You will see a section where you can claim any guest tickets. Each Graduate can claim at minimum 1 or at most 5 tickets for their guest
Click from a drop down menu each graduate can claim up to three tickets
Claiming Additional 2 tickets
If you have already claimed five tickets, there may be an opportunity to claim two additional tickets during the May 8th through May 19th timeframe. The drop-down will note a 7 and not a 5. The 7 refers to the total number of tickets that will be claimed in that account. Afterward, you will have access to your two additional tickets.

Send tickets directly to guest
On this next page, you can either send tickets directly to your guest or send them to yourself to print out and hand out already printed copies personally.
Enter Guest email addresses
If you would like to send the ticket to your guest directly you can enter their email to send 1 ticket. They will only receive one ticket per email.
Or Print tickets yourself
Each email me only contained one ticket. Each ticket contains a unique QR code and ID. That took it can only be scanned one time.
Each ticket is unique
Each ticket contains a unique code that will be scanned at the front gates. Each email will only contain 1 unique ticket. If you send yourself the three tickets, you will receive three emails and each ticket contained within will be different. You can tell by the code under the square QR code. Only the first iteration of the ticket will be successfully scanned. Anyone with a duplicate ticket will be turned away at the gate and will not be allowed to enter the campus.
