Click on Create launch template

Type "MyLT"

Select the instance type, lick on t2.micro

Select a Security Group that allows access to HTTP on port 80

Go to Load Balancers and select the newly created LB, Click on Copy DNS name of load balancer to test it on a new browser window

Ensure the load balancer is using the correct security group which allows access to HTTP on Port 80
