To report a violation, click on the Report Activity button at the top

Fill in the Report Illegal Activity pop out form
As shown in the example below i.e. contact details, violation made, how it occurred, who committed, where it occurred

Click on submit

Violation Submitted successfully

The violation will be saved as pending which has to go through different departments before completion as shown in the below example
