1. Be sure you are logged into your account on cmc.org and see you name appear in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
2. Click on "My Profile" to go to your main profile page, or you can select "My Waiver" on this menu to go directly to your waiver.
3. On your main profile page you'll see a yellow message at the top of the page letting you know your waiver is out of date. You will find the parker yellow button to the right that says "Update Waiver".
4. Once on the "My Waiver" page please sure the information is accurate and your emergency contact is updated.
5. Once your information is updated make sure the box next to "Yes, I agree to the waiver" is selected, and then click "Sign Waiver".
6. You will know you are successful when you no longer have the yellow banner at the top of you page, and you are now able to sign up for trips and courses without issue.
