11. Submit Contacts/Leads for Enrichment using TitanX Submission Lists

1. 1. 1. A. Click on App Launcher

   2. 1. B. Type TitanX

   3. 1. C. Select TitanX

   

2. 2. Click on TitanX Submission Lists

   

3. 3. Click on New

   

4. 4. Name the list

   

5. 5. Click on Save

   

6. 6. Choose your preferred Job Type

   

7. 7. Click on Next

   

8. 8. Select the report to find contacts/leads

   

9. 9. Pick the contacts/leads you want to submit

   

10. 10. Click on Submit

    

11. 1. 11. A. You can view details of the submission

    2. 11. B. Click on the individual record

    

12. 12. Here you will find all the information submitted for that record

    

13. 1. 13. A. The Status will update once the job has updated

    2. 13. B. Click on Enriched Phones tab to see the results

    

14. 14. Click on the record

    

15. 15. Go to the TitanX Section to review results

    

16. 1. 16. A. Here you will see TitanX Intent, TitanX Best Phone, and TitanX Best Signal dynamically recalculate based on the newly enriched phones returned. Your existing mapped scored phones are also factored into this calculation. The TitanX Last Enriched Date will be updated as well.
