How to Add an Account Number

This module enables you to add an account number in the  charts of account lists in the system

Log into the system

Go to Legal Spend Management module

Go to Legal Spend Management module

Click on Chart of Accounts sub module

Click on Chart of Accounts sub module

Click on Expense Account Listing link

Click on Expense Account Listing link

Click on Add New Account Number button at the top

Click on Add New Account Number button at the top

Fill in the details in the General Ledger(G/L) account laccount pop out form

i.e. account type, account name, account category, default currency etc as shown in the below example. Once done click on the Submit button

The account registered will be save in the chart of account list
