coreFORCE Advanced - Memberships: Setting Up Multi-Member Subscriptions

In this guide, we will cover how to set up a membership in coreFORCE that allows multiple people to be tied to a single membership. This is especially useful for ranges offering memberships to couples, families, or corporations, enabling you to associate all members with one subscription.

Click on Orders

On your coreFORCE admin page, navigate to the Orders menu.

Click on Setup

Next, locate the Setup submenu.

Click on Custom Fields

Locate the Custom Fields tab on the Setup page.

Filter Custom Fields

In the Filter Custom Fields search bar, type Additional Members.

Additional Members [Order Items]

Set the Additional Members [Order Items] field to Create. Upon saving these settings, it will enable the product option to allow additional members on the subscription product. In this example, we are using the Commander Couples Membership.

Additional Members Limit [Products]

Set the Additional Members Limit [Products] field to Create. Upon saving these settings, it will enable the product option to establish the maximum number of participants for the membership. In this example, we are using the Commander Couples Membership.

Click on SAVE

Click SAVE to finalize your changes.

Click on Products

Next lets navigate to our subscription product, locate the Products Menu

Under the Products menu, locate the Subscriptions submenu.

Select the appropriate membership subscription. In this example, we will review the Commander Memberships.

Locate Your Multi-Member Startup Product

Find and locate your membership startup product. In this example, we are using the Commander Couples Startup Subscription product.

Click on Startup Product ID

Click on the Startup Product ID Number. This will open a new tab, taking you to the corresponding startup subscription product.

Click on Data

Locate the Data tab on your selected startup product.

Additional Members

Under the Custom Fields section, you will now see a checkbox to enable additional members for your startup subscription.

Additional Member Limit

Still under the Data tab of the product, you will now see the Additional Members Limit field. Since this is a couples example, specify 1, indicating that the purchaser will have the option to add one additional member.

Click on SAVE

Click on SAVE to finalize your product changes.

Ecommerce Product

Click the View button on your product screen to navigate to the product detail page on the shopping cart. This allows you to verify the startup product information.

Click on ADD TO CART

Next, add the product to the cart to verify that the Additional Members option is available and configured correctly.

Click on CHECKOUT NOW

Click on Checkout Now to proceed to the checkout page.

On your Checkout page, you should now see an option to add additional records.

Now, your customer will have the option to add additional member information to the membership.
