Cledara
1. Click on the bell icon to see the tasks that need your attention

2. Head to Dashboard > Applications > Failed

3. You will see the list of failed transactions that need to be resolved. Click on the application to fix this!
For each transaction, you see the attempted transaction amount and date, as well as the current application balance.
You will see an additional yellow attention label on the application if it does not have sufficient balance for the merchant to charge again.

4. You will be redirected to the application's Payments tab
At the top, you will see the list of payment attempts, transaction details, and the reason why the transactions failed.

5. Switch to the Overview tab
If you see a Low card balance notification, that means that we tried to automatically top up your card, but we couldn't because there weren't enough funds in your main pool at the time.
Check your Available balance. If you made a fresh transfer to your Cledara account and have enough funds to top up the card, click Add balance or Edit budget details.

6. Scroll down to Budget details and click Edit

7. Edit the card balance to manually top up your card
There is no need to add any decimal or thousands separators.

8. Click on Save changes

9. You will see the updated card balance if the top-up is successful

10. Go back to the Payments tab

11. Click on Mark all as resolved now that you've prepared the card for the merchant to charge again
When a recurring payment fails, most SaaS merchants will make several attempts to collect the money over the week.
If you want to make the payment right away, you can also go to the merchant's page and initiate the payment there.

12. If you head back to Dashboard > Applications > Failed now, you will see that you've cleared any outstanding actions for the failed payment. Sweet
