1. If your role is PI, you will have full responsibility and ownership for the data submitted. To manage your group members and data, go to the "PI Dashboard".
2. In the "New User Requests Section", you will see one of your group members submits a request to you and wants to be the Data Uploader.
3. If the request comes from your student or group member, then click on "Data Uploader" to approve the request and allow your group member to upload the data.
4. You should see that your group member named "new user" becomes one of your group members and the "Current Role" is "Data Uploader". Then your group member can upload the data to the SAFE database.
5. Once your student uploads the data, you will see the data in the "New data upload requests" section.
6. Note that the data here has to be verified by PI before submission. So, you will click on "Validate data" to start verifying the data.
7. You can load the data to look at it in the "Data upload validation".
8. Check consent and click on "Validate data" if the data is correct. Otherwise, upload your corrections.
9. You should the Welcome page!
It means your data is the SAFE database and the community is able to download it in the "Browse Data" after admin approves it.
