How to Set Up Max Yield Combo Pricing

  1. 1. From the RevMax main page, go to Pricing Rules

  4. 4. Once you are in the Combo Group page, click on the "Add Combo Group" button.

  5. 5. Start by adding in the name of the Combo Group

  6. 6. Proceed in adding the sub-groups - such as the Occupancy Group and/or CompSet group you'd like to combine.

  7. 7. Select the first group and click Add to Group.

  8. 8. Proceed in selecting the next group and click Add to Group. Note: You can set two or more groups for a combo group to work.

  9. 9. Once the groups are added, set the weight you'd like each group to carry for the Combo Group. This weight will determine the percentage of yielding that will apply from each group. Combined percentage must equal 100%. Once entered, click Submit.

  10. 10. Click the Pricing Tape Chart icon on the top right menu bar.

  11. 11. Click on the name of the unit you'd like to apply the Combo Group yielding to open up the Unit Details box.

  13. 13. Toggle the button next to Deactivate Max Yield as to "turn on" yielding

  16. 16. Select the Yielding Map you'd like to apply

  17. 17. Select the Rate type (typically Base Rate)

  18. 18. Once all is set, click Submit to save.

  19. 19. To activate the newly set up Combo Group and Yielding map, click on Yield Now.
