1. This is where all the application forms are located. The forms included in this section will depend on the category of your application.
2. Click on the permit application form. This form will be different depending on the category of your application and will be named accordingly.
3. Fill in the application form. Be sure to fill in the required fields marked with a red asterisk (*) or you will not be able to submit your application.
4. Click on NEXT FORM
5. Check the site plan requirements that are applicable to your application and that you have provided
6. Check Select
7. Click on CLOSE FORMS AND GO TO WORKSPACE
8. Once each form is complete, with no missing mandatory fields, the box will turn green
