1. Accommodation Name: Auto-filled accommodation name
2. Release Version: You can switch to the new booking interface by selecting “New Version” or selecting “Old Version” to revert to the previous interface.
3. Template: Choose the template you want to apply. There are more than 40 templates for you to choose from.
4. Logo: Input the logo with proper size to the system’s regulation. The logo will be shown on the website and displayed on desktop/laptop’s screen.
5. Logo for mobile: Input the logo according to the specified size. The logo will be shown on the website displayed on mobile screens.
6. Banner: You can upload up to 6 banner images to show on the website homepage.
7. For optimal results only use high resolution jpg files with the recommended height and width dimensions. The file can't exceed the maximum file size.
8. Favicon (optional): A favicon is a tiny icon linked to a specific website, visible next to the URL in the address bar of web browsers and Google Search results.
10. Hotel Link Footer Link: Choose whether to display the link to Hotel Link’s website at the bottom or not.
11. Activate ‘View Full Website Link’: Choose whether to display the entire website when accessing the site from a mobile device or not. If selected, the website will be displayed as a desktop version, instead of a mobile responsive version.
12. Enable All Pages for Responsive View: The mobile version usually only displays the main pages (Home, Rates, Gallery, Location and Contact). If necessary to show more pages, users can enable all of them, and control their visibility under the Custom Menu Page.
13. Allow hotel to receive message from traveller on Thank You page: Enable this feature to allow travellers to send direct messages to you right after creating their booking.
14. Email to receive feedback: After enabling that feature, you need to input the email to receive the feedback.
15. Live Chat Widget (optional): If you want to install a third-party live chat application, register for an account from that provider and get the HTML code to insert here. The application will run on your website.
16. Colour Scheme: For each template chosen above, the system will provide 4 color sets to choose and apply to your website. When choosing a set of colors, all the component colors on that template will change accordingly.
17. Font: Choose the font type applied to the website.
18. General Background: The general background colour applies to the whole website, outside the text area.
19. Body Titles: The body titles color applies to all titles in the body area of the website.
20. You can customize the color by clicking on this area.
21. After having customized the color, you can redo it by clicking 'Default'.
22. Body Text: The body text colour applies to all text in the body area of the website.
23. Body Hyperlinks: The body hyperlinks color applies to all hyperlinks in the body area of the website.
24. Top Background: The top background color applies to the are under the banner and logo area.
25. Top Text: Apply to the header and footer text
26. Menu Background: The top menu background color applies to the main website menu.
27. Menu Text: The top menu text color applies to the main website text menu.
28. Menu Marker Text: The menu marker text color applies to the main website menu and footer menu.
29. Button Background: The button background color applies to the whole website, for all action buttons.
30. Button Text: The button text color applies to the whole website, for all text color in action buttons.
31. Room Box Background: The search widget background color applies to the area under the search widget area on the homepage and other related areas.
32. Room Box Text: Text color in the room information box of the booking widget.
33. Room Box Button Background: Background color of button in the room information box.
34. Room Box Button Text: Button text color in the room information box
35. Contact Background: The contact information box’s background color on the homepage.
36. Contact Text: Text color in the contact information box on the homepage.
37. Contact Hyperlinks: Apply the hyperlink color to the contact information section on the homepage.
38. Custom CSS: Allow further CSS customization to virtually every element of the website. CSS knowledge is recommended.
39. Once you have completed all of the steps, click 'Save'.
