1. On the home screen, click the Beni icon to open the chat.
2. The window opens over the screen you are on. At the top, the agent that answers; in the centre, the conversation thread; at the bottom, the message box with the mode, the model and the send.
3. At the top of the window are History, New chat, Fullscreen and Close chat.
4. Hover over each button to see its name. The first is History, which gathers the previous conversations.
5. The second is New chat, which opens a blank thread to deal with another subject.
6. The third is Fullscreen, which expands the chat to take up the whole screen.
7. The fourth is Close chat, which ends the window and gives back the screen you were on.
8. Drag the window by the header to leave it where it does not get in the way of what you are doing.
9. To see more of the conversation at once, drag the bottom right corner and resize the window.
10. Write your question in the message box and click the arrow to send.
11. Then Beni's answer appears in the conversation thread.
12. To change the agent that answers, click the agent selector, at the top of the window.
13. The selector brings Beni, for the day-to-day conversation, Beni Builder, which gathers the workspace configuration, and the agents you create. Choose who answers from the next message on.
14. The top starts showing the chosen agent, and the conversation follows in the same thread, with the history preserved.
15. Then click Change AI model, in the bottom bar of the message box.
16. The list brings the Default model, which leaves the choice to the platform, and the other models grouped by provider. Choose the one that will answer the next message.
17. Send the next message and see the new agent answer in the same history.
18. When the request changes several records at once, click Default to switch to Planning mode.
19. In Planning mode, Beni presents the plan before executing, and you confirm what will be applied.
