How to use the different Sort Types in your RevMax Tape Chart

  1. 1. From your RevMax main page, navigate to the Tape Chart.

  2. 2. To sort units, click on the 'Custom Order' tab located beside the date range filter. You can see on the dropdown that there are 3 sorting options.

  3. 3. You can "Sort by Unit Name" which allows you to view units in alphabetical order.

  4. 4. Another option is to "Sort by Occupancy" that allows you to sort units based on the occupancy percentage for the selected dates, which is displayed on the label or unit name.

  5. 5. Last option is to "Sort by Bedroom Size" which allows you to organize units by the number of bedrooms, shown below each unit label.

  6. 6. Use the up/down arrow buttons to filter the sorted units, either from least to greatest or vice versa.
