Tape Chart: Occupancy Group Filter

  1. 1. From your RevMax main page, click on the Tape Chart.

  6. 6. After the results load, a new banner will appear on the tape chart, indicating how many units fall under the selected Occupancy Group.

  7. 7. The Occupancy Group Banner displays key metrics, including: Sold ADR Paid Occupancy Total Occupancy RevPAU Last Year’s Data: Sold ADR, Occupancy, and Paid Nights

    You can expand this banner by clicking "More" and collapse it by clicking "Less".

  8. 8. If you’d like to review data for a specific unit within the selected Occupancy Group, you can enter the name in the Unit Name filter box and click GO.
