Webcam File Upload Assignment Submission in Canvas - For Students
1. Open the Assignment
2. Select Start Assignment
The submission type listed for the assignment will be "a file upload."
3. Click on Use Webcam
The Use Webcam button will be next to the Upload File button on the File Upload tab.
You may be prompted to allow Canvas to access your Webcam.
4. Click on Take Photo
5. Click on Use This Photo
Take a look at the photo, if it is clear then select to use the photo. If it needs to be retaken, select Try Again.
6. Click on Submit Assignment
The photo that was taken will be above the +Add Another File link. When finished, select Submit Assignment.
