What is a Floor Min Stay?

  1. 1. A Floor Min Stay is a RevMax feature that allows you to define a minimum night requirement for your units, similar to how Floor Rates establish a minimum pricing threshold.

    A Floor Min Stay is a RevMax feature that allows you to define a minimum night requirement for your units, similar to how Floor Rates establish a minimum pricing threshold.

When a Floor Min Stay is configured, it overrides both Dynamic Minimum Nights and Gap Logic Rules. However, if Length of Stay (LOS) Pricing is enabled, the LOS Pricing rules will take precedence over the Floor Min Stay.
