Integrating Avid AI with DonorPerfect

    When you first land on your dashboard, you will be prompted to set up your first integration.

  2. 2. Click on Connect Your CRM

    Connecting your CRM allows you to keep your data in sync and correctly mapped through a secure API. Creating an integration is the recommended way to connect your data.

  3. 3. Click on Add a System…and then the DonorPerfect tile

  4. 4. User name is pre-populated

    To connect your CRM with Avid for DonorPerfect you will need to make sure you have login access with admin privileges to your CRM for DonorPerfect. If your DonorPerfect user name is different than your email, please be sure to enter your DonorPerfect user name.

  5. 5. Enter in your DonorPerfect password

    This password should be the one you use for DonorPerfect.

  6. 6. If you do not have the correct authorization to log into DonorPerfect feel free to go to the Settings page and invite a team member who does (if you haven't invited them already).
