Adding members to HBA Global Ambassador Program Committees

Contacts Active Contacts - Dynamics 365

1. 1. Click on My Work (or if you have a shortcut pinned, go to Active Committees)

   

2. 2. Click on Member Groups

   

3. 3. Click on Committees

   

4. 4. Type "hba global ambassador"

   

5. 5. Click on the name of the committee you need to add a member to

   

6. 6. Click on Related

   

7. 7. Click on Committee Members

   

8. 8. Click on + New Committee Member

   

9. 9. Enter the details of the committee member to be added. Once synced, they will automatically be added to the community associated with this committee
