Releasing Dynamic Floors Settings Within X Days

  1. 1. When using Dynamic Floor Rates, your FLOOR RATE will be set to that of the prior year's sold rate.

  3. 3. However, in cases where you may not want the FLOOR RATE to equal the prior years sold rate, you can release the Dynamic Floor Rate and default back to the Default Floor Setting. To do so, click the Unit Name either on the Tape Chart or via Home Settings.

  4. 4. Click on the Floor/Ceiling Rates Tab

  5. 5. You will see the default FLOOR RATE which is applied to all dates except where there was a reservation the prior year.

  6. 6. In the Dynamic Floor Rates section under "Use Default Floor Setting within X Days of Arrival" enter the number of days prior to check-in that you would like to release Dynamic Floor Rates and apply the Default Floor Setting.
